Student Reviews

The thought behind how to do things, how to plan, how to practice, study, creation of materials…it's what makes CLS fantastic! The whole reason this is successful is because of your materials, mind, and understanding of me as a student who is a non-native.

Steven

As an experienced language learner and teacher, I can confidently say that, even though Arabic is a very difficult language to learn, I have learned Arabic at a much faster rate than any language I have studied so far thanks to Critical Language Service’s excellent curriculum.

Other useful information

For students who are following the Al Kitaab series, there is a large gap in the expectations of the first and second books in 3rd editions of the series. Level 4, which uses Mastering Arabic 2 as its primary textbook, serves as a bridge which brings students up to the level required to comfortably study from the second book in the series.

The focus of the level is on developing the ability to use Arabic. Very little new grammar is introduced. Instead, student knowledge of previously studied grammar is solidified through reading and discussing informative texts and fun, short stories.
